[6] The Last and First...

So summer has finally come to an end. I can truly say that this summer has been the best summer yet. Besides working my summer job, I was more productive in making use of my break. The LAST week of summer was pretty bomb, Bon Dance at the Mililani Hongwanji (always a blast), went hiking at the Makapu'u tide pools, last party with natztheflip before she does her thing in the nursing program at UH (congrats!), aaand farewell party to gbaby. There was prolly more, but I'm too lazy to think about what else we did. I'd post pictures but there are just too many. Go find my facebook, they're all there.

FIRST week of school is done, and I'm over it. Well...the parking that is. It's eff'n ridiculous. The first day wasn't so bad, but on Wednesday, it took me a DAMN HOUR to find parking. Kaka. This semester is probably going to be the most challenging one. Not only am I trying to stay in ALL on my classes till the end of the semester, but also, I'm gonna get B's in my classes. HAHAHA. Well, that's all for now. I shall post more later. Choooots.

So just recently, I have gotten into baseball. I have chosen the Los Angeles Dodgers as my team. Next would be the New York Yankees, and then San Diego Padres. Anyways, i'm watching a game right now, LA vs. STL, bottom of the 15th and 2 all. The Dodgers have been on some weird losing streak but still #1 in the West. Well they JUST lost, yet another game. People say that baseball is a boring sport, but i think its exciting at times. It can get boring, but that's either if your team is losing or no runs are being scored. I have yet to learn all these technicalities, until then, you'll just have to bare with my novice language. HAHAHA.

Gym in a bit, i'm getting a headache. I haven't been to the gym in like 2 months because of work has got me beat by the end of the day. So yeah, I'm really out of shape, I'm gonna die. HAHAHA.

So today I thought I'd catch up on some summer school homework. Got all three units done, and all I have to do is do the exam before Monday. So after I finished all the units, I showered up, got ready, went to Foodland and bought a salad, headed to Bri's house. Ended up going to Wal-Mart and she bought a toy sword. HAHAHA, it was really fun in her front yard hitting each other, fighting. Lol. And it was dark, reminds me of hand-and-seek at 4am in the morning in the dark, and Jake's black eye. Good times, good times. You don't need huge party's to have fun. Having close friends around is enough for me. But I want to have at least ONE BIG THING this summer. It's only starting, so more updates!

So it looks like I haven't posted a blog since November of last year. HAHAHA! What can I say, I've been busy. Busy with school, trips, working. Well I can't use all those excuses but I'm just not the blogging type. But I have things to lay down, so I might as well put it up for people I don't know to read.

SWINE! It's like everywhere! Well not everywhere, it's at almost every elementary school in Mililani. And I work with kids from ALL elementary schools. Is there a vaccine for this so I don't catch it? HAHAHAHA! I know it's no laughing matter, but yeah. I've heard it's at Ike, Mauka, and Kipapa. 3 of 5 public elementary schools in Mililani have it. And I sometimes volunteer at Kipapa Elementary which had the recent case of it. I've heard it came from a student in the 4h grade after coming back from their Big Island Study Tour about 3 weeks ago. I haven't gone back since they left to go on their trip, but I don't know if I want to now that it's there at the school. FML. I wanted to see those kids before the summer. I might just suck it up and go.

Work, it's a bitch. For one of my jobs, it requires me to wake up at 4:45 in the AM, cause I'm an opener. But now, I'm changing it so I'm a closer. At my other job, I'm putting up with incompetent directors. Well just one, he seems to never listen when you're talking to him about something and when you ask him later on, he gives you this baffled look like he wasn't hearing you at all. It's annoying, I swear, if he gets the permanent position as Assistant, I'm gonna have to hook that bitch.

Summer school, taking an online class. Never again for the summer, I can barely concentrate. But I'm trying to get my credits to get my Associates and transfer to UHM. Hopefully to get out of here for a bit.

So I'm awaiting the new episode of Glee. I saw the first episode, and I liked it. So I can't seem to find out when the new episode is.

so registration for next semester is coming up, and i spent part of my day trying to find the classes that would fit my damn schedule. some classes that i need to take conflict with my work schedule, and i didn't wanna make my hours short, nor did i wanna miss days of work because i like my kids. this years 5th graders, some of them, are my favorites, and i don't wanna miss work. i know it sounds stupid and i shouldn't allow myself to get attached, but yeahh, i've just grown attached and it sucks. so after next semester, i'm now gonna let it get in my way, because i don't wanna further my goal of getting my degree. i know that the day will come where i'm gonna have to make the right choice and move on. i'm just not ready yet. but one day, i will be.
